To do this we use a patented process that bring better customer experiences to the front-end and effeciency gains to the back-office. DineEngine® was created to speak directly to restaurant brands, to understand their needs, to bring technology to a space that is truly underserved. We feel the pain that these brands exihibit and the struggles that face most marketing and IT groups at most restaurant chains. DineEngine® was born after hearing about the issues that face restaurants every day.
Partnership development begins and relationships established with some of the most innovative restaurant vendors and providers in the space. We position ourselves to enhance their relationships and create products that help restaurant brands succeed.
Initial implementation and set-up a DineEngine cloud offering powered by KVM containers and virtual machines allowing our applications to be managed with ease, flexibility and security. Specifically offering either Amazon AWS, IBM's Bluemix, and DineEngine Cloud offerings enable our customers to choose the right infrasture for their business and their applications.
DineEngineCMS is a back-office solution that gives customers a way to manage content, digital assets, menu items, ingredient, and location content in one location. Moving away from open-source platforms, like WordPress and Squarespace, DineEngineCMS integrates directly into on-line ordering and POS solutions our customers are already using.
Our objective is to be closer to our clients, with an already established office in Columbus, Ohio focusing on Midwest brands, DineEngine® opens a new office in Florida, where a large base of restaurant brands exist. We want to be close to the customers we serve so we can provide the best overall service and will continue with east coast and west coast offices mid-term.
With an empowered outlook our focus in the short-term to continue investment in our current employees, new and future candidates that all typically have food-service experience. Our plan is not only bring in team members that come from the food or hospitality industries but that excude a professional commitment to service and quality.
